SMJFL NEW BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR

The South Metro Junior Football League (SMJFL) is delighted to welcome Finn Craig as its new Business Administration Coordinator.

With experience across both Carlton and St Kilda Football Clubs, Finn brings a wealth of knowledge and years of experience in membership services, stakeholder management, and fan engagement.

At Carlton, Finn first built his foundation in the AFL industry, gaining exposure to the operational demands of a professional football club and further developing his ability to connect with members and stakeholders.

Most recently, he was part of St Kilda’s Consumer Team, where he developed expertise in membership sales, stakeholder management, and fan engagement, playing an important role in delivering outstanding service to the club’s loyal supporter base.

Finn’s career to date has been built around a passion for sport and people. His time in elite AFL environments has equipped him with skills in administration, relationship management, and operational delivery, while also deepening his understanding of how sporting organisations connect with their communities.

Now shifting his focus to grassroots football, Finn is eager to contribute to the SMJFL. He is committed to ensuring the smooth delivery of competitions and enhancing the experience for clubs, players, and volunteers across the league.

“I’m really excited to begin this new chapter with the SMJFL,” Finn said.

“Junior football is the foundation of our game, and I’m looking forward to playing a part in its growth and ongoing success.”
