Use this form to request SMJFL umpires for your practice matches. Forms submitted less than 7 days from the scheduled practice match date will not be prioritised and will only be attempted to be filled once all other requests have been sorted.

To facilitate a smooth process, please ensure that you accurately enter the details for your requested match. Incomplete or incorrect details may affect the likelihood of having umpires appointed to your match.

The contact details for each match will be the ones entered in Shipping Information, unless otherwise specified in the relevant text box.

One match submission per form

Once your appointment has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email and a separate email confirming the appointment.

Payment for the umpires will be done by the SMJFL. Payment is no longer required by clubs on the day.
