As per SMJFL By-law Clause 29 - Match Protests by Member Clubs are subject to a 25-penalty point administration fee (of which 10-penalty units are refundable to the Member Club upon finalisation of the matter, unless the protest was, in the opinion of the CEO, frivolous, vexatious or made in bad faith).
Following purchase of this form, the SMJFL will then send you a link to the detailed JotForm which is submitted to Nathan Broadbent, footballadmin@smjfl.com.au.
The SMJFL will only accept one form per Match Protest.
